| I love Aussies! I owned two of them in 2005, and the year before that, I owned a miniature Aussie. They are wonderful dogs! I've always admired the look of their tail, and I wish breeders wouldn't dock them when they're born with one. I know the Aussie standard is without a tail, but unless they're a show dog or it needs to be removed for health or working reasons, why not let them keep it?
She is beautiful! |

| Ah thanks Jessie. Baylin is a quirky one she is extremely loving and loyal, gets super jealous and is scared of ceiling fans. She is hyper aware of everything. (She probably needs more work in her life because she acts like 8 yo is old! That and she put on weight this year. old lady problems) |

| Such a beautiful pup! It's amazing to see how her short her coat looked as a young pup..that 3rd pic is perfect with an adorable head tilt. Aww so she's scared of ceiling fans.. Is she similar in personality to her husky siblings or more different? like is she a howler, barks like the typical dog? |

Yeah it is incredible how long here hair is especially when it was a short wavy cost wpre 1 years old! Similar to a husky sibling Not really but good complements to each other. Personality / behavior in a nut shell coming up!!!! She is a high energy dog that likes a "job". Which her job is lacking now a days as she used to look after the dogs. She is my ultimate "nana" dog. But until we got Vlad and since Beka passed a little of 1.5 years ago she only had Bourbon to take care of. He is very independent. Her job now is to get the mail take the trash out and round everyone up for bed. Of course she assists daddy with the first to and me on the last. She has lots of energy and expels it in a more mild manner compared to a crazy husky she can play fetch forever and not stop. "eye roll"" She has herded me up the stairs when I am to slow. Recently we just found out even though she wants to go go when on a walk that she is a great companion walker. My mother has Parkinson's which most people see as the "shakes" but has a stumbling or shuffling foot gate that comes with it. She actually tried to assist my mom with her balance several times on the walk. Slowing down or rushing to aid when mom started to lose her balance. Years ago I had her assessed for Childrens Hospital as a therapy dog and she could not pass the test because she noticed to much of the different things and looked twitchy. Here head would bounce all over the place trying to keep an eye on the iv pole then the beeping monitor the the person walking down the hall she wanted to change room when someone moaned to go to the next room. The other reason was that she licks every person that gets near her face or down on her level. Well almost every person she is leary of males who are not dog people...go figure! We always say that she is almost like someone who can not concentrate on any one thing. She notices everything. She is hyperaware! When she goes outside and we change the direction of the fan then it is MOM the fan will fall on me. She does not see when we turn the fan off or change speed or change direction but OMG the world will end because that fan will fall on her head. It is a little comical. When we are at home with the two brother huskies she rules the roost. She is the one that runs around and corrects them. She wrestles with them and plays has them chase her. For the most part when we have husky playdates at our house she does the same on a bit of a milder manner. But when we go to husky dog park meets she tends to stick by my side or occasionally fetch a ball. She loves to greet people who come near me too. Kind of funny how she gets shy with strangers. We tried fly ball but frisbees are for eating you know? She is a barker, she is very good at communicating by bark. Mom it is time to get up! Time for my food! Move over let me sit by you, throw the ball....NOW From aussie breeder I have found out that there is a tendency for females to be weird and neurotic like she is and some take it to an extreme like she does. It does not help that she probably should get more stimulation but I can only play so many games. The huskies are more a physical energy and she has more of a mental energy that needs burned off. |

| I've never had an Aussie but the girl is really neat, before I got my Huskies, I was always a lab / gsd type. That head tilt of hers is absolutely precious!! _________________ “Properly trained, a man can be dog’s best friend.” Corey Ford . |

| What a beauty Baylin is Such soft brown eyes and I love the freckles! Our neighbors with the cows have a miniature Aussie - loves to come in the pasture, bark and taunt the dogs who won't cross their line |
