Every dog is a little different James, I still say they will eventually stay up. Also, my gsd pup, didn't have all her adult teeth in until 8 months old, so 6-7 months is just a typical number, oddly enough her ears never flopped, bigger ears than most huskies. It just depends, still think they will stand. And what a lovely pup you have, I love the deep copper.

Thanks @miyasmomma he does have rather larger ears haha, I'm very protective of him and get worried that maybe he got his ear hurt or something playing or something and he loves sleeping squished up against the sides of his crate even tho he has PLENTY of room lol I think he likes the cool bars? And yea he still has a couple months before that mark and he's come along way in 2 so another 2 will probably see a huge difference. He's growing so fast , he's so well behaved though

I didn't think my boy was pure husky either, others didn't so as well, but he dna tested as pure as can be. I think the white ones throw people more than the "normal" or "traditional" marked ones as far as telling if they are pure. Until she's older it's hard to tell. Even huskies go through an awkward ear phase but most do eventually grow into them. _________________

Which DNA test did you get ? I've been wanting to DNA test her just out of curiosity but I don't know if I should spend the money on it.

Jenn did the Embark test, expensive, but worth it imho. It is also the most accurate dna test available.

Being a craigslist puppy of questionable background I would probably do it if you ever have a spare $200 sitting around (there are coupon codes out there to help with cost). It will test for the mdr1 gene mutation that will let you know if she will have any sensitivities to ivermectin, an ingredient (though small) in commercial heartworm preventatives. It also looks for many hereditary diseases that she could be a carrier for that she could potentially develop as she ages. I learned a lot from mine. It will estimate your dogs proper size as well so you would get an idea of her adult size approximately if you did it while she was still a pup. _________________
