Yep, today is baby girls 13th birthday! We celebrated by going ski joring on Sat. and had a Husky Huddle on Sun. I will take her for a long walk tonight and make her a cake.
We have had Sierra for 7 of her 13 years and i could not think of my life with out her at this point. While she is getting up there in age she is not slowing down one bit, she still loves walking, hiking, playing in the snow and getting in trouble!
She is our first husky and the reason Jack is in our lives, she picked him out!

Here is to many more adventurous year with her!

One of the people I go dog sledding with have a 14 year old. She still wants to go as much as any of them and they still let her at it on the easier runs.

LOL Jenn, I know I always say it, but it's always true too! to me, Sierra is like the red headed version of my Mishka, lol...they both have that forever puppy look to them, I'm thinkin that snacking on our plants must be the husky version of the fountain of youth, hahaha.

I see Mishka in all four of the pics you posted of Sierra, especially the first one of "that look" when she's looking up at you it's the look that lets them get away with murder, hahaha. Who can ever get mad at a face like that!

her and food, forget it, will not sit still. i could not even get her eating it, it was gone in nano seconds!
