So Simon and I got to work this morning and he went to stretch and let out a little gasp and stopped stretching his front left leg. Then when walking he was slightly favoring and limping a tiny bit.
And now I have my worried face on.
The plan for today changed from Simon gets to play in daycare to Simon is going to be resting and when we get home I will ice and elevate his leg.

I hope its nothing just a sore musle or something but I know I totally tend to over worry when it comes to my dogs.

Yesterday he did get that leg tanged in the leash at the same time Sadie took off after a cat and jerked both of us pretty bad. I think that is how he hurt it now fingers crossed it's no big deal.

Elise, I'm right there with you, I am such a hypochondriac when it comes to my pups. I think it's because they can't tell us what's wrong.

Logan has had a couple of those limping incidents, stemming from being an overzealous puppy and hurting himself. I always give it a day or two for him to shake it off before I worry.

So currently Logan has a huge scrape on his lip. I think it happened when we were playing on the tennis courts and he tripped and tumbled. Now I'm worried about it getting infected etc...and there's not much I can do for it since it's basically on his mouth. These dogs just love to scare us!

You could find out what people do to clean lip or tongue piercings and use that to clean it. because that would have to be mouth safe right? Just a thought.
Yeah I normally make myself wait a day or two before calling the vet or anything, but I do tend to ice it just incase. I mean it if is a minor injury that would be the suggestion anyway.
