the following week.

some one wanted to go into the garden.


but instead we took him out to the dog park.


we took him out to check out the small pumpkin patch at the little out post .


and they had one strange   looking chickens.


then he helped pick some honey out.


after doing some shopping he need a nap .




doing so night wrestling with his big penguin.


Wednesday the 24th, early morning walk before his surgery.


we picked him up at 5pm. everything went really well. the vet said that it was very tight spot to stitch and to make sure he didn't lick or scratch it, or he would not be able to restitch it.

this was the first time after surgery he had his tail up. out walking hopping the cold air will help his tail.


he want to happy having to stay home and not drop off the kids.


found him sleeping upside down sticking out his tongue just a little bit .


some fog at the park.




nice sunset wail out doing a short night walk.




then he checked out the playground.






he was feeling much better and started doing some gopher madness .


i hope every one had a happy and safe Halloween.




we started to see some fall colors.


4 years and 6 months.
his meds had started to kick in . he should be getting his stitches out on the 7th .

So glad to see Leo pumpkin patch pics! We had one here but I never checked to see if they allowed dogs or not. Great pics Ronin, upside down with tongue out is too cute.

he was feeling so much better, we played out in the yard.






he spotted another dog wail we were out walking.


the leave have stated to change colors at last.




the it was time to head to the vet to get his stitches out.


he had all but 3 stitches removed   .


then we took him out to the pet store. and he did some kitty watching .




and we sheared some ice cream on the way home.


then he napped on the way home .




he can finally enjoy the cold weather, its been in the mid 30's almost every morning this week.


the first time i left the house(he was being watched by 3 people) and he decided that he would remove his own stitches     .
i did call the emergency vet they said to keep any eye on it for any sings of infection. so far its looking good.


really bad air quality, due to the fires. prayers go out to those affected by the fires.


we got some frost, yay!

Pretty pics Ronin. Sad to see those shaved areas though, BUT, he's doing good and that's what counts. I'm sooooo happy he's feeling better and the lumps turned out to be ok.

Wow! Your air quality! It got hazy here on one day, but nothing since, but your sky you can really see it! I wondered how you guys were doing up there, glad you weren't affected too much but man, try to stay inside as much as you can til the skies look better. It's not good to be out in that stuff.

we have been trying to staying inside but Leo insists one staying outside, not even bribing him can get him inside. so we take turns watching him. he dose eventually come in when his tail gets cold.
the air is bad had to call the schools for my niece and nephew that the were staying home due to the air quality.

Don't know how I missed the part about the cyst.

Glad to hear it was nothing too serious.

Kohdi gets like that too at this time of year. With age though, it's been easier to get him to "volunteer" to come back in the house

out enjoying the cold weather.


this was the first time in a long time he had to check the gutter.


the air quality was bad.


then on the 14th of November it was time get the last stick out. so off to the vet we went. that's when we found out that he had pull out 2 of his 3 stitches, but the vet said that i looked good and it would heal on its own.


then we took him to a few pet store looking for some new fish for our aquarium.


he was just happy to get out of the house .


i think to day was one of the worst looking days since the fire stated.

ran a few last minute errands and he wanted to see what we got.


then he did some supervising wail i cooked the desserts.


the next day we worked up an apatite.


then we checked out some fall colors on our walk we found some amazing red trees.






he was exited for some roasted turkey dinner


then it was time to digest   .

then he gave this stick a good talking too  


after the storm passed we saw a fallen tree, looked like the roots rotted.

seal suit time    the rain came back.




we had a hard freeze warning this morning and we head off to see if the frost was still on the grass, it was so crunchy. he wanted to run free in the frost.


it was also very misty.




4 years and 7 months old.

after we played fetch outside,

Out in the fog, this time it was really dens we couldn't really make out the trees in the distance or other people walking around the park.

then i took him on a short bike ride around the block. at a slow speed or at least i tried.




the look of pull over need to tinkle   ,he was so happy to get out and do a short ride with me.


then it was nap time but...


he wasnt too tired to much some ice cream    witch we shared.

some smells the rain coming, which i did. my little meteorologist   .


out for a night walk, he was checking out the kids playing at the park.


found him napping on the couch at last woohooo .

Looks like you got pounded by the rain too! We got so much that many of the golf courses around here looked like your lake pic, lol. I haven't seen it rain so much, so hard, in such a small amount of time in a very very long time.

yeah when we get heave rains or a few days for non stop rain it fill the parks around the town.

that was too funny i though i was gonna have ice cream alone cause he looked so tired but nope just the noise of the wrapper was enough to bring him running   .

we got our tree set up.


then i took him out to the dog park for the fist time in almost 2 months. we had the park all to our self's.


then we headed off to the levee trail.






he had so much fun checking out the river and getting out of the house.




then he helped me wrap some presents.






then he unwrapped one    and then ...


he stole one and we played outside for a wail .
