Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect. 2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff. 3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. | Hi, my name is Danielle and I'm owned by Scout. I'm new to Huskies as I've had 2 yorkies for the past 15 years. We just had to put our first baby down. So now we have a yorkie (Groucho) and kitty (Chili) and Scout. Scout loves them both, but they aren't so excited about him!
I'm looking forward to have a place to ask questions and get ideas!

| Welcome to the forum!! Scout is a beauty, such an unusual looking mask and headpiece, can't wait to see more pics. So sorry to hear about your loss as well.
Btw, I used to live near Tampa, pre husky. I do know there is some members here that live in Florida, and south Florida has a H2M2(I believe I have that correct), so you may want to check them out for eventual playdates. |

| Thank you for the welcome everyone! Your Huskies are all so beautiful! I am quickly falling in love with this breed. Scout is working on the house training. He still wakes up in the middle of the night, but that time is getting closer to my normal 6 am wake up time. So that is good.
We quickly realized that if we DON'T get to walk him at night...he will be restless in the middle of the night. So walks are our new favorite thing! Having had 2 Yorkies...walks were never a requirement. But since I need to work on more physical activity, walking Scout is a welcome chore. And he loves his walks! We live about 5 minutes from the river. Those are his favorite walks because everyone stops us and pets him and comments on his beautiful eyes. He loves the attention! |
