Forum Rules
1. Here we prefer clarity to agreement. Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect.
2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff.
3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned.
4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Links: Hyperlinks in signatures--unless to a personal blog or photo stream of your dogs (like Flckr or Piscasa, for example)--are strictly prohibited. Please PM a staff member with any questions or concerns regarding this rule.

I know it's not 100%, but majority of the time so far after meal, naps, and playtime, I would let her out and let her do her business outside. Trying to let her get use to the word potty, and letting her go out back.

So far she "sits" and "come" on command. For now it's just a foundation, because I'm not actually sure if it sinks in. I'll test her after she gets more repetitive practice. Having her for a week so far shes doing pretty well. I hope things will turn out even better in the future.

I learn that it takes PATIENCE, and CONSISTENCY. Also another good thing I see from having a husky is it test my patience and commitment. I just have a good feeling that this dog will make me become a much more patient and better person along the road.

That's what dogs should do. Make us better and more accountable people. Glad she is doing so well.

They learn so fast, and their capacity for commands is never ending. Great job so far. What a cutie, and seems like there are at least 2 Miya's in Texas, one to the east and one to the west. They sure do make us patient, and the unconditional love they give, makes us better people.

Gabby can pretty much pee on command with the word Potty. Lots of use of the word and treats during the potty training phase.

Glad you didn't get washed away. Mylo and David(I think his nickname is davecerv) live out in Houston. Sadly y'all are too far away from me, I live southwest of Abilene.
