This is not aggression. This is rough puppy play. In this case. I'd recommend a time out, and separating the puppy from the older puppy until the puppy calms down.

I do not have a 2 dog home, however, I will point out that at 10 weeks old this is probably not aggressive behavior, but really just husky puppy behavior. Husky puppies are very mouthy. May I ask how old was your husky when you brought her home? If she was under 8 weeks old, than she was not properly socialized with her siblings, and looks to your other puppy as a litter mate.

This is not aggressive - it is how husky pups play.  Having "babysat" my son's husky mix, I know how constant and interminable husky pups can play...and annoy, their elders.  If your older dog won't correct the pup, then its up to you to separate the two when it is too much for her.

As for mouthing humans - there is a lot on here about modifying this behavior (again, it is NOT aggressive - husky pups use their mouths like we do our hands - it is how they play).  Basically, it is all about substituting appropriate "mouth" things when the mouth you.  I've gotten Archer, the pup, now a year old, where, when he starts to mouth my work gloves outside, I tell him to sit, then I give him what is looking for...I rub him, "cuff" him in play, maybe throw a toy or get a tuggy (I make mine out of strips of old sweatpant legs tied in knots).

If you search here for "mouthing" you should find some very helpful hints.

Welcome!

Oops...looks like I just said the same thing as everyone else lol! I guess great minds think alike!
