So I just got bandit a new chew toy. It's a nylabone and holy crap. You would of thought she was given crack! She is going nutts lol like a kid in a candy shop. All day long following me and carrying the toy. Sometimes not even chewing it just bringing it with her. It's to adorable. Anybody else have similar stories? She is really attached to this thing

I really love nylabones because if my dogs get bored and I am reading or doing something they find boring they will go grab them and entertain themselves.

Go figure. One of the first toys I bought Ami was a nylabone. Totally ignored it. It's been hanging around for eons. Archer discovered it a few days ago. Loves it. Ami's favorite toy ever was "the squawky chicken." Alas, the squawky chicken has gone to the big doggie toy playground in the sky

Hmmmm now I want to get my boy a nylabone to see how he reacts to it! Mylo has a lot of toys but he seems to love empty water bottles the most sooo I get two socks and put the bottle in it..boom lol once he takes off the socks I take it away. I give him squeak toys but he doesn't bite them hard enough to make them squeak yet though.

In re Nylabones, ther are several different varieties that generally fall into two categories - they're either edible or they're not. I don't particularly like the edible ones - being Husky's mine will make fast work of them - too fast for my comfort so I don't have them at all. On the other hand, I have two of the chewable one (made from something like nylon, hence the name) which I do like as they'll occupy themselves for hours with them. _________________ “Properly trained, a man can be dog’s best friend.” Corey Ford .

Man I wish Klaus took that way to nylabones. I have two flavored non-edible ones for him, he liked them the first day now they just collect dust. He loves his no stuffing animals the best, he will toss those things around the living room and entertain himself. Or like Mylo and empty bottle will do the trick - especially Gatorade bottles because they're hefty. The only thing that will actually occupy him for extended periods of time are bully sticks, he gets those when we're trying to watch our shows or a movie at night.

Wolf ignored his nylabone for the most part. Lately, he has been getting raw marrow bones a couple times a week. Loves them, then hides the bare bone for later.

I've never bought Kohdi or Mishka Nylabones, for no other reason than I just didnt. YET, just about a week or so ago, Mishka was chewing on something and I go to look what it was, and its a brand new Nylabone. It could only have come from a "hiding place" that my previous Huskies, Malukhai and Anuschka used (and I STILL dont know where that is). And Mishka wasnt letting it go, haha. She loved it. So next trip to the pet store, I guess Im getting them Nylabones, haha
