Meet our new family member Oakley he is 5 months old



He is so cuddly and loves attention complete opposite of Nala.  If he could sleep all day he would he is very laid back and doesnt even care if Nala tries to irritate him he will just sit there and let her do her thing.  They get along pretty well way better than I thought they would which is really good!



He also has one green eye and one blue eye.  he is almost the size of Nala at 5 months old he is gonna be a big boy

Nala and Oakley have been getting along pretty well she still doesnt like to share but we are working on it, he still has accidents in his crate here and there but he is doing much better with not peeing in the cage! He also got his neuter done on Tuesday and he is healing well, it is so hard to try and keep him from running and jumping with Nala around!

lol thank you!! he is most definitely a big baby! im just so relieved that him and Nala play well together and since shes kind of jealous it works out because she likes to cuddle now and get more of our attention its really funny to see how she reacts

Thank you he's really great!! Now he's only 5 months so he's a puppy but he whines when he's excited or anxious like he's crying get it almost sounds like he's being hurt but he's not he's really mouthy is this normal? Nala wasn't like this at all she was very quite when she was a puppy. He also follows me EVERYWHERE I mean even if I get up for a second he's behind me so I think he might have some separation anxiety or something maybe I'm just crazy becus Nala never did that, but is this normal behavior?

Both Ami and Archer STILL follow me everywhere...though Ami keeps a respectful 5-10 ft distance Archer particularly, unless I boot him outside, is constantly at my feet - tripping me. Neither has any hint of separation anxiety.

Okay that's good to know I'll just take it one day at a time he's just a baby so he has a lot of growing up to do too! Thank you!!
