We just brought home our rescue Husky, Oakley, 3 days ago and saw that he has the most beautiful eyes ever! They are completely white. He's not blind but i have never even heard of a Husky having white eyes. Maybe very pale blue but his are literally white, its almost as if he's looking into your soul. I dont think theres anything wrong with his eyes, im just being a hypochondriac.

How old is Oakley? Many blue eyed dogs eyes will lighten as they age. As pups they may start out very vivid blue but by the time they are seniors they can have extremely pale white-ish eyes. Every dog is different though and starting out white doesn't seem out of the realm of possibility.

the question was more of inquiring about the white eyes and if they mean something or not. Sorry for not clarifying. but there are plenty of pictures on Oakleys scrapbook. He is 2 and a half years old. I dont think i have a shot right of his eyes but the age thing would make sense. Thanks

Yeah, you can't really see his eyes well in any of your scrapbook pics. Maybe in one they look silver-ish. My boy has very light blue eyes. There's lots of up close pics in his scrapbook here. Not sure how that compares to Oakely's...

I have a picture right of his eyes ooh my laptop at home. I'll upload it when I get home from work. I was looking at them today and he has a thin blue circle then thick white then a smaller blue circle around his pupil
