I just found this forum and it is extremely helpful for new husky owners! Echo is seven months old now and definitely acting like a teenage husky!! My family purchased him from Karnovanda Kennels in May. Here are a few pictures of him. Most of them are still on the camera so I'll post those when I upload them to my computer. He's growing up so fast I try to take as many pictures as possible!!

Completely forgot I had started a scrapbook here! Echo is now a year and five months old. He also now has a little sister named Onyx who is 17 weeks old! I'll just post a few random pics for now until I sort through all the pictures on my camera

Youre welcome Vanessa and thank you!!! I wouldnt worry about a thing, looks like they both already get along great and it only gets better the "chew toy' thing, is actually making their bond stronger...but I dont blame Echo for getting tired of it!!! LOL

Oh wow, I just realized Echo and my Mishka are the same age

They are adorable together! I've got similar pictures of Loki and Banner in a pool just like that. Loki started jumping on my patio table to get away from Banner when he was tired of being chewed on, but Banner just figured out how to get up there too

I don't know, it looks to me from your pics that Onyx is Echo's chew toy, haha....Love the pics. You have 2 gorgeous huskies!!

Thanks guys Renee, Echo does occasionally get payback when he manages to catch her...which isn't often because that girl is fast!

Took a trip to a local forest preserve a couple days ago! Neither of them wanted to get out of the water so it wasn't much of a hike

Over the weekend, there was an H2M2 meet-up at a dog beach in the city and Echo had a blast! Onyx was a bit overwhelmed so we kept her on leash, but she still liked getting her paws wet and meeting other dogs

Thanks guys! Echo loved the beach! It was surprisingly clean for being in downtown Chicago and fully fenced so we will probably try to go back. He was exhausted for a couple days after that which is a plus

Nice pics, loads of fun for the pups, good times!! This at least gives me hope that Chicago isn't the dirty city I had always envisioned, lol. I also wished we had an H2M2 group.

We finally had some free time to go exploring at a nearby state park. The pups had a great time finding as much mud as they possibly could! I also included some random leaf photos because the trails and fall colors were beautiful!
