Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! | John,
Never tried it, although many UK raw feeders give it. The last I saw it at my local store it was a crazy price and decided to stick with liver, etc. I do understand that it is very healthy to give in green form raw. The stuff at the store is white, and something like $20 a pound, I took a pass. The benefits of green raw tripe is wonderful for a dog. I think especially for Robin. |

| I feed both the canned processed green tripe and the regular tripe chunks (big white unprocessed pieces). I've found that the canned tripe is what usually smells terrible, but I am willing to suffer for the benefit of my dogs. The white chunks don't really smell at all unless you allow them to start spoiling. My dogs LOVE both forms of tripe. It's like a special snack that makes them go bonkers at feeding time, as I'm sure they can smell it in advance and they get super excited to eat. |

| I have this dream where the husky's take over and force the humans to eat tripe, wakes me up in a cold sweat. |

Thee and me brother!! In our neck of the woods they have something they call menudo. Supposed to be a great soup and fantastic for a hangover - the primary ingredient is tripe and I can't force myself to eat this "delicacy"!!! |

I give it daily when I have it, as it seems to be the dogs favorite treat, and I know it's good for them too. |
