| Ever since watching Bell, Book, and Candle I really have been interested in Siamese. Pyewacket, the cat in the movie, was so alluring. My uncle had one when he was younger. Said they truly have a way about them that is unlike any other breed. _________________ |

| Indeed Jenn,
I ended up with 2 unique breed of cat and dog, both from byb, sad to say, didn't realize that fact until I came to this forum. Never seen the movie, maybe I need to. we got her at maybe 4 weeks old, the man had 2 litters about 3 weeks apart,. He swore she was weened, umm not so much. First vet visit she weighed 13 ounces, had to feed her with an eye dropper. At 6 months we had to sign a waiver for her to be spayed because she only weighed 3 pounds, most vets wait until they weigh 5 pounds. She has a huge vocabulary, very much like the husky, they really do compliment each other. You made me think about it, and yes they are the cat version of huskies. lol We had 3 other cats and she was totally different than the others. |

| I love bell, book, and candle. It's an old Kim Novak and Jimmie Stewart movie. She is a witch and pyewacket is her familiar. I would like to have a cat at the house but not going to happen with Kenzi. Keno loves cats. I have a big black cat that lives at my parent's house. Another rescue. His mama abandoned the litter and all but two starved to death before found. One of the two died of pneumonia and then we got pagan and bottle fed him. Had him probably 3 years now. Mean cat. _________________ |

| I bet he's a good hunter being mean and all. Kitana spent first 10 years with 3 other cats, 2 years by herself, never been around a dog. They have lived together almost a year now, and Kitana beats the crap out of Miya. Kitana is more vocal now than ever and when she does her howling, Miya whines. It's quite funny. We socialized them in short bursts, starting when Miya was around 3 months old, Kitana would face plant Miya, similar to the movie Aliens. lol. I seriously have to check that movie out, is it totally a girlie kind of movie? I love old movies, not sure if hubby would be willing to watch. Btw, would it be ok for me to post up some pics of our cats we rehomed? I have a few, would like to share, but didn't know if it would be ok? I miss them, the other 2 were inseparable and hated Kitana, the oldest one weighed about 30 pounds and knew she wouldn't make a 1300 plus mile trip, she was 6 months older than Kitana, but equally unique. |

| It's kind of a girlie movie. Novak owns a shop and lives downstairs. Stewart lives upstairs. Novak hates Stewarts fiancee and so casts a spell on him in hopes of getting rid of the woman and thus turning his world upside down. I would categorize it as a romantic comedy. Made in 1958 but is in color so that might help the hubby out some. My husband gets weird about watching black and white movies but put them in color and it's like he can actually focus on the story line then.
I don't think there would be a problem posting the other pix. This section is devoted to our other pets, whether we still have them or not. Any that have died can be added to the Rainbow bridge section.
I had to leave my dog and my cat with my parents when I moved for work and got married. It was better for them. Going from an 80 acre farm to an acre in a suburb type area just wasn't in their best interest, much like making a long trip wasn't in the best interest of your other cats. _________________ |
