Hi, I'm sorry if this is the wrong place for this post but me and my wife are worried about our lil girl.
Her name is Ahri, she's 5 Month and 3 weeks old.
She got spayed 3 days ago and we been taking an eye on her a lot for these past days and checking how is she doing.
First thing that I noticed was the cut line ( I't wasn't straight and neat as you would expect it to be). But what can I know I guess as i'm not a vet.
Today we took a closer look ( while she was napping ) at her wound ( stitching ). And it seems like its starting to cure but the top and the bottom doesnt look too good tho it looked like that when she got home ( we didnt took super close look - we let her just rest as she was a bit grumpy) but it looked quite the same.

So we did more research and we started to notice that other husky owners post pictures with really small incisions and like 2 - 4 stitches while our puppy have half of her belly cut. And now were worried really bad and feeling really bad that we took her there.
Does any one have had the same situation? Is it normal or did the vet did it wrong?
Please any info and opinion will be appreciated.

Her incision looks like it's healing nicely. I wouldn't worry too much about it. It is longer than I'm used to seeing, but it looks fine otherwise. To me it looks like, maybe they did a traditional spay technique, vs. newer techniques that use smaller incisions (hopefully some others will chime in). How is she otherwise? Does she seem lethargic or anything? Does it feel hot (the skin around the incision)? Is she eating/drinking/peeing/pooping? If she seems okay otherwise, I wouldn't worry.

Looks OK to me. I agree it's a little longer than I'm used to but it looks like it's already scabbed over and healing really nicely. In another week or so the stitches will be off and the incision will look even better. Just keep an eye on it and if it looks like there is pus or other discharge coming from the incision site, then you have cause for concern. But for now I'd say it looks like your girl's recovering well.

She seems to be fine just bored as she cant run around and play as shes used to. at least while it havent cured more.
First day she had bathroom accidents but it  got way better  the second day (had only one accident).
The rest is  quite the same. She didnt eat too much the second day but yesterday she had her appetite back.
And well keep checking for any discharges coming out from there incision.

It looks like it's healing nicely kylahs was also quite long and a little jagged. I wouldn't worry too much.
