| Forum Rules | 1. Here we prefer clarity to agreement. Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect.
2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff.
3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned.
4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Links: Hyperlinks in signatures--unless to a personal blog or photo stream of your dogs (like Flckr or Piscasa, for example)--are strictly prohibited. | We attended the pack walk/cook out today and the pups are exhausted!!! We didn't get a lot of pics so I didn't create a separate thread. My princess diva  The BFFs  Mya's such a slut..lol. Oh and look, my hair's short!  Some of Kristina's pack  I LOVE THIS PIC!!!  Puppy? Attackkkk guys! lol  Mya and I (with short hair..lol)  Grilling! | We set it on the nightstand for bath time and while he was drying we didn't notice him snag it and pull it under the bed. And then he killed it |

Thank you  We only use the collar to hold their tags, but they've held up well and seem to be more durable than other collars they've had. I don't walk them on it though. I don't walk them on any collar actually because I'm paranoid and don't trust them. |

| What do you mean? Like the collar breaking or coming undone? Do u leave the collar on when u harness them? |

| Yeah, it's breaking, un-clipping, or slipping off. I walk them on prong collars because mine pull a lot, but yes I do leave the collar on at all times. I only use the harness when biking with them.
Edit: I walk Mya and Kody on prongs, but Asia is on a no pull harness. It's not working anymore so I think she'll be getting prongs soon also! |

The only collar we walk Koda on (Rogue isn't a real concern so she can wear whatever collar) is the Ruffwear top rope collar since it's rough as can be. We had I think an Aspen collar it was have the clasp just break out of nowhere (no pulling) when I was taking Koda to my car to take him to daycare when going to work at 7:30AM.. and he got loose... and ran along one of the busiest streets in Phoenix at the worst traffic hour. Never ever again with anything but top rope, and I still prefer to use a mendota lead if we're just going somewhere. Mya with the bow really is cute! Looks like she is supportin' Memorial Day! |
