| What circumstances will it be used in? For walking or running Jeff/Seattlesibe pointed me in the direction of the Wonder Walker. I just got it for Chuck and it's fantastic.

It's great for when you need to manuever a lot since the leash is hooked to the front. As a result it's supposed to be pretty tight - I will probably also get something like the ruffwear harness for circumstances where he can wander more. |

| The wonder walker harnesses are great and we love them here because they are made in Seattle and come in a large variety of colors.
We also use many Ruffwear harnesses and they are wonderful for hiking, jogging, swimming, or close in control scenarios like camping or in cafes/busses, BUT , I personally feel they aren't good for controlled walking because of the ergonomics of where the leash clip is and the promotion of pulling they inspire. I only use these on leash for free roaming or in scenarios where I want him to be ahead.
Ditto that for back clipped Wonder Walker time.
For controlled walks with full engagement and heeling we always use the Wonder Walker front clipped. |

| I love Ezy Dog. The have fabulous leashes, collars (neo-collars are just great! Machine washable and made of the same stuff as wet-suits), harnesses and backpacks. Great quality - I highly recommend all their products. http://ezydog.com/ |

| How loose should it be? I bought one and it fits good around the girth, but is very loose around the chest and I have it as small as it will go. |

| I noticed too that with these front clipping no-pull harnesses they are saggy in the chest. I wonder if Huskies have a particular structure that creates this?
With the Wonder Walker every size we have used was always saggy in the chest. I think the next one I get I will get it custom made to be 2 inches shorter in the chest. |

| How loose is it? When standing it should be a little lose so when she's sitting it will be taut and not too tight. Korra's medium was loose for a while until she was about one and now it fits fine, and she's a little flat chested. Kylah's still filling, could that be part of it? Or the harness you tried could just be too big in the front for a husky. Could you possibly go down a size and just loosen the other straps more? You might end up having to special order. Otherwise I never had a problem with it being a little loose in front, I'd just take it off before letting her play so she doesn't step through it or get it caught on anything/anyone she plays with. |

| Yeah I think I'll have to go down a size, its quite large even when she is sitting. I'm guessing she will fill out a lot more to properly fit her. |

| The fit around the ribs and over the back is far more important that in the chest. Like Rhia said it is important that the girth fits properly. I would think more about down sizing just solely due to the chest. When I walk Link and he's front clipped it doesn't make that big of a difference that it is a bit saggy. I just want it to fit snug and properly when he's back clipped for safety and comfort.
The whole point of being front clipped is no pulling, right? So a little sag won't matter much. |

| You could also sew the strap to itself to eliminate slack in the chest, if you wanted. |

| I will have to give reviews when they come in, but for a harness that doesn't droop down too much I'm thinking the freedom harness will do a pretty good job.
http://happytailpetsupply.com/freedom-no-pull-harness-training-package.html
It's meant to fit snug on the dogs body above the shoulders and not hang down in front of the legs. Personally I'm not sure if I'll use the back-clip but I know I'll be trying the front-clip out. I have three on the way in a few days, just can't give a personal review until they arrive. |

Let me know what you think of the ones you've ordered when they come in. So far, I really like the freedom harness. It adjusts in three places, across the chest in the front, under the chest that connects the front and back, and on the sides on the back of the dog for a great fit. My dogs have great drive when pulling in their x-back harnesses, and I mean they never leave that line any slack. I wasn't worried about the front-clip since their wydwls are front-clip, and they walk nicely on those. I thought the biggest challenge would be attaching them to the back clip since their pulling harnesses attach on the back, but to promote success I walked them first on both the collar and harness with the police lead (a double ended lead) so they'd understand it was a walking harness even though it was a back-clip. I switched back and forth shortening/lengthening the lead to where the pressure was on the collar, then harness, then collar, then harness. Then I started just keeping the pressure on the harness and so far so good, no extreme pulling yet! Personally the main reason I love this harness is because of the nice padding under the elbows, so no chaffing, and for the good fit it offers. |

| Did your freedom harness come with the double leash or did you have to buy that separately? |

I bought it separately, and not from them since their leads are really short. I got 3 meter long (9.8 feet) police leads from indi-dog. http://indi-dog.co.uk/Dog-Leads/25mm-dog-leads?product_id=57 |
