| Today, I and Mėta gone playing to the fenced stadium, and where we met Jūra the Siberian husky (they played few times before). They played, and noticed a stick, which they started play fighting about it. They started to play'ish growl on each other, when Jūra (who's 1,5 years old) started growling and putting teeth in front (it happens a lot) , but it got even worse. She flipped Mėta on the back, and hold her. she started crying while Jūra growled really hard and putted teeth in front. It looked like 2 wolfs fighting for their lifes. when it gone too serious, we pulled them each other apart, and throw'd the stick away from them, so that wouldn't happen again. They were like new. playing nice again. anybody know what about it? or they were playing normally. OR Jūra was teaching Mėta about ''no play bittingright now'' or ''It's mine'' rules? Cause mėta is younger than jūra. I heard it was normal to growl like that, but it was WAY over the top:/ Please answer me fast |

| Sounds like there were some jealousy issues and Jura didn't like that Meta wanted her stick. Some rough play is very common with huskies, which can include growling and bared teeth, sometimes even mouthing the other dog's cheek and pulling. But if you feel this was more than just play then I'd say it was probably a jealousy/guarding issue that escalated to a fight.
Pack dynamics are always changing, and dogs live so in the moment that they fight one moment and the next moment everything is fine, once the object that started the fight (the stick) was taken out of the situation. |

| So it happens even without the stick. Can i just leave them until they stop, or they could bite? i'm scared one day of blood pile :/ |

| Just let them know when they are getting too rough.
I've always been able to control dogs playing too rough with a strong HEY! And when I mean strong I mean at least one notch above their level of energy.
As soon as the energy goes down I say good boys and let them to it. With time they just know not to go past a certain point. |

| I always let my dogs work things out on their own and if it's getting too escalated (I can always tell the difference in growl/body language) then I will give them a firm "ah ah easy" and they usually back off. Mine play so rough you would think they are killing each other but it is totally normal behavior. |

| Nala is very territorial over her toys if she sees a toy at the dog park she automatically thinks the toy is hers and no one else can have it she will fight to the death the keep that toy hers, i have heard its aggression issues but i am not sure, Nala is not able to have toys or water bowls around other dogs, i am having the same issue now with her being too aggressive with other dogs, when they play i wont let other toys or anything get in the middle of them playing. I am getting her spayed soon to see if that will help her with that aggression, huskies are naturally very territorial over toys, food, people etc. |

| To me it sounds like the main issue was Jura putting Meta in her place. Even if you look at their body language in the picture you posted, you can see that Jura is feeling somewhat uncomfortable and clearly wants to be the dominant one. See how her head is up, ears mostly forward, tail up, back arched and body slightly stiff? I would bet if you could see her jaw, her lips would be pushed more forward as well. Meta looks like she is approaching in a fairly confident way, but is more relaxed and isn't as dominant as Jura. Was that pic before of after the disagreement over the stick? If before, I would bet that the tension in Jura escalated and built up and then was released when the stick came out. I'm sure they are still fine to play together, but just watch them when they play in the future. Look for body language like Jura's and if Meta starts to mirror that, then it may be time to take a break or stop the play session. Also watch for the head on shoulder move, that is often a precursor to a fight, or at least a sign that there is tension over dominance. Do you know what I mean by 'head on shoulder'? If they are both displaying that, then its definitely time to separate them to let them come down in energy. Also watch Meta, for her reaction to being 'corrected' by another dog, if she won't take a hint, it's time to take her out of the situation, because that will most likely escalate to a fight. As Meta gets older and becomes more confident, you will need to watch her closely. |

| Well, they played again and did that again, but Jūra's owner said don't get in their way, so we waited and they jsut growled really bad, cried like crazy, until they stopped. At first i was like OMG, they will litteraly kill each other, but they just talked out on each other, like 2 girls fighting over a boyfriend hehe |
