I live in the Boston area. Does anyone happen to know any good pet boarding places? I will be away for two weeks during the Christmas break and really need someone to look over my husky.

I live in Billerica, Mass. While I don't know of many boarding places in the city, a quick Yelp search turns up Fenway Bark in Southie as the number-one rated dog-boarding place in the city: http://www.fenwaybarkonline.com/

It's kind of pricey, though. There's also Rover.com, where you can search for local pet sitters and boarders in the area who will board your dog for much cheaper. I'd do a thorough vetting of them, though, before trusting them with my dog! Some of the listings are legit businesses, though, from the looks of it.

This place is about an hour away from Boston, however, I boarded my dog there once for almost a week, and I thought the place was great.
