Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! | Oh gosh I never updated this! I'm sorry.. I had a lot of drama go on that day, scrambling to find a ride.. it was hectic.
Laxity test came back fine with the vet, joints were working properly and everything seemed good, x-rays came back fine hips perfectly in socket and no signs of damage or pain. Vet said we should be fine with biking this winter - and Link has actually been fine the past few days, not been grumpy. The correlation may be the dog park - we think he's playing too hard/too long, causing soreness and/or muscle pain. It seems pretty accurate for when he's grumpy is always after or a day or two after the dog park, from what I remember. The vet has given me pain pills for his bad days. I still can't believe there's nothing wrong thats conclusive - makes me look like I'm some crazy paranoid husky mom - but I'm happy he's healthy and I just want what's best. |

| Glad to hear that there is nothing physically serious going on with him. Hopefully he doesn't get grumpy too often and will be his cute self all the time! |

| I hear you about feeling paranoid, but with hips, better safe than sorry. Plus, since he's a rescue, I know his background is a bit fuzzy, so I would be exactly the same way! If he's got a dominant personality, maybe going to the dog park stresses him out and makes him edgy for a couple days after. At least you're narrowing down the cause. I'm sure he's glad to get back out on the bike! |

He does get very dominant there, but at least lately he hasn't been testing me. We just went for a bike ride, and right now he is so energetic and wants to play doing zoomies all over. Definitely can't be pain right now xD I'll see how he is after a playdate with abbys girls tomorrow. |
