| Okay, so since Okami's scare, after the vets and everything, I am to feed her a bland diet for now (boiling beef lol yum!!!! *not*) Anyways, I normally have been feeding her Blue Buffalo Wilderness Puppy. It seemed to do really well for her, but I am thinking it is the problem in total. I just don't think her little tummy can handle it. I switched her completely how I was supposed to. Like 2 weeks of the old stuff, over to the new stuff slowly. When she was totally on Blue Buffalo, is when she started having irregular types of BM's, and resulting in the puking and diarrhea nonsense over the last week.
When we were at the Animal Emergency hospital, there was a couple there with a husky! I was so pleased. The two became instant friends and then they were calm and happy to be near each other and then took naps while we all waited. (They were there because their boy had a seizure.) But they were telling me about the food that they have their dogs eating, and that they previously before hand were feeding Blue Buffalo Wilderness as well, and liked this other brand way way much more... It is called 4Health. The couple proclaimed that since I would be buying it for the first time, that when I buy it I can even get a free 10 dollar bag, just for trying it.. and if I decide it is not for us, I can even get my money back.
So I have been doing research and a lot of it, about this brand. (Even on the forums here *Only two threads* ) I see everyone saying that grain free is better, and that they offer grain free foods.. I went to tractor supply earlier today to check it out and look at it in person. I am not sure if they have a grain free puppy version? Or if that is even the route I should go. Also generally what age should I be weening her off of pup food and go into the Adult foods? Is it possible that the reason why her insides are rejecting food, meaning I need to switch her to Adult foods?
While I have to give her this Bland diet, I want to take the opportunity to ween her on something better than Blue Buffalo Wilderness Puppy. And I have to say that 4Health's price and the fact that it is high in quality is making me lean that way... What do you guys think I should do? |

| Is 10 months young too soon to switch to Adult food? Or should I stay on Puppy longer? |

| Personally with TOTW I switched them over to adult food when Cloud was 9 months and Yuki was 7 months if I remember correctly, since it was an all life stages food and a lot of people told me to just go ahead and do adult. So I think you'd be fine at 10 months. |

| Okay! Sounds great! I don't know where I read it before but I seen that it isn't good to switch to adult till over a year... but the way she is handling puppy food, it doesn't seem to do much for her anymore. Thanks a lot for the advice |

| As Megan said i feed the grain free 4health and the girls do great on it, they didn't do great on the regular 4health though. It's one of the foods that Kay's stomach can handle, i had a hard time finding a food that she did good on. |
