| Awww, jbealer you should definitely go for it! I thought about it for about 2yrs as well until I was like what the heck let me just do it! I love her very much so it definitely means something to me, not to mention that she's so pretty =) It really did come out great. Not going to lie though, it did hurt a bit since it's very CLOSE to my inner thigh. Totally worth it though! If you like tattoos then i say GO FOR IT! Your babies are beautiful!
Mya is 4 1/2, but acts like a 2yr old...lol. Still very very HYPER and attention needy. She doesn't leave me alone..lol
Amykmac, awww when did your doggie pass? I'm sorry to hear that. I don't know what I'm going to do with myself when that day comes for us. Hopefully in MANY MANY YEARS!
Thank you all for the warm welcome. I am very blessed to have to found this forum. NOBODY understand unless they actually have a husky. People think i'm nuts! lol |

The tattoo I have is of my Marshall Dillon. (My last name used to be Dillon) He was my boy that I had during my first marriage. He was a huskyX. He lived to be 16 years old, and was a sweet little boy. It's been many years since I had to put him down. Back in 2000. I have loved & lost 3 more since 2008, all of older age. I still miss them all, and have memories that I will carry with me forever. Like I said, we knew he was getting up there in age, and I wanted to memorialize him before we lost him. The tattoo artist loved the idea so much, she gave me a big break on the cost. If I ever get the nerve, I want to get our Leo, Tia & Kessie in a collage-type tat. (They are the three we recently lost) But I know that will be a lot of pain, so it may take awhile. The things with my doggies is, they all are so different, getting a new one eases the loss somewhat, fills the emptiness. That is why we now have three Huskies again! It is never an easy thing to lose a furbaby...never. |

| HI!
Wow, 16 years! I'm glad that he lived a long and I'm sure spoiled life =) I would do the same if I saw that she was suffering =( I got a big break on the cost of the tattoo also since he said it was so unique. Normally it would have been like $700, but he brought it down to $150!!!!!!!! Yep, $150!!!! Everybody stops me when i'm exposing it. I would love to see yours. If you have a pic it would be awesome if you could upload it =)

| Not the best picture, but my desktop is once again on the fritz, and all I have is the laptop picture. I cannot believe he only charged you $150! That was a great price for a beautiful piece of work! Yes, Marshall was a joy to love for so long. He was definitly spoiled! He went everywhere with us! I think whatever he was mixed with tempered the husky in him, as we never spent a lot of time training him, yet he KNEW so much! He wasn't hyper, took direction extremely well. I loved him so very much! If I get the PC back up & running, I will try to scan an older pic of him. Like I said, my tat isn't the size nor detail of yours, but I will always have him with me! |

| Awwww!!! That's what counts though...that he will always be with you!!!! The pic looks like a husky/Shepard. I had Shepards all my life....actually Mya is the first non Shepard that I have. He must have been gorgeous and a very sweet furbaby! You can tell by the pic =) Thank you so much for sharing! |
