Subject: Can you tell me what this toy is?! Tue Apr 03, 2012 10:42 am
I used to have this toy for Kya. It was her absolute FAVORITE! A friend gave it to us for christmas 2 years ago. I have looked everywhere for one!
I like it bc it isn't a squeeker. Kya doesn't care for squeekers. I have looked high and low, online, in stores, etc. If I knew the exact name, maybe I can find it.
I have heard them called Road Ruckus toys, but when I look that up, nothing comes up.
If not, do any of you have toys that make NOISE, not squeak?

Omg... I just searched for an hour... I was like "oh this will be so easy I will just google raccoon sound dog toy" ....NO! They all just sqeek if there even was a sample noise or youtube video...
I tried every combination of Raccoon, sound, noise, natural, life like, real, realistic, toy, stuffed animal, squeek... I didnt find the exact toy pictured but this was the ONLY thing I found over an hour of my "I will beat you internet!" search...

I know what those are!! crap I don't have the name anymore. They are the stuffing free toys, which some how maggie finds stuffing. They sell them at petco or petsmart not sure what one. I don't know if you ever watched the show, "my dog ate what?". A lab had a whole toy of one of those in his stomach!!

No that's not it those are all over the place. The one in the video makes a raccoon noise and it moves across the floor and it has stuffing in it.

No, it's not the same thing. I found what you are talking about. This is LIKE that, but has like a bable ball inside of it.
I am going to end up MAKING one, which I guess will suffice.
I'm glad it wasn't just me. I looked high and low for it. We were in another city today and I even went to every walmart I could find.
They are supposedly called "Road Ruckus" toys, and are only sold at Wal-Mart. I know that is where mine came from as well, atleast that was what I was told when I asked her where she got one. Anyways, evidently walmart doesn't have them ANYWHERE anymore!
It's very very frustrating bc I can not find another toy she will play with.

the rowdy racoon has stuffing though, and Kya will eat it. We have had several people have emergencies with the stuffing in the toys. She has already eaten one toy, I don't want to risk another one.

Ya I looked again w babble ball in the title, nothin. Only suggestion would be to get one without stuffing and put a babble ball in it, they have ones to put water bottles in... Or get rowdy raccoon and preform surgery and take the stuffing out yourself...

Those were from Walmart. They were great, and only $5 a pop so I could buy a bunch of them. I haven't been able to find them anywhere else and I haven't seen them in Walmart for a few years. I don't remember what the brand was. Sorry this isn't more helpful.
