| So today I was over at my sisters place with Lycus because we were making them some handmade collars. Well during our time there, I started taking him for a potty walk since it's an apartment complex. Well, of course, the one time I don't have his harness, I walk him with his collar and the shit snaps open! The second it snapped he just RAN! He didn't look back or anything. My sister lives near two very busy streets at that so I was pretty much chasing after him and freaking out because he was getting closer and closer to those streets. The second he would see me going after him, he would run for it more thinking it was a game. I tried recall but that proved pointless. His recall is the worst I've ever seen even though we've been working on it for ever lol. While I was chasing him, I called my sister so she could come out with the car and help me get him. Her boyfriend also came out and when he saw Lycus, he called him over, and sure enough Lycus went with him. That little punk just got so excited since he never sees my sisters bf as often so he immediately went over.. Well thankfully that's where it ended and it was right next to one of the busy streets. Needless to say I'm never walking him on a collar again haha. And this also made me realize that I am very out of shape |

| Scary! So glad you were about to catch him!
That's what happened when Juneau got out. She wouldn't listen to my boyfriend, but she ran straight to one of our neighbors! For Christmas, I want the TAGG gps system for Juneau. It tracks where they are when they escape from the 'zone' (i.e. house, backyard). $100 for gps and $8 a month for the activation (can cancel at any time). It's an app on your phone. |

That sounds really cool! That way you can always know where they're at. |

| I HATE this feeling when they get off, won't come to you and are near busy area. Kaia did this when she was a puppy, ran across a main road and into a swamp (mind you I had just come from a grooming session). I had to call my mom for that "person she loves but hasn't seen in a while approach", but before she got there I asked Kaia if she wanted to get in the car for a ride and she jumped in (little shit). You wanna strangle them cuz they made you so scared/mad but you can't obv! Lol |
