| Hello, My name is Erica and I'm from Maine. I have two huskies. Siku (black and white) who is almost 2 years old in July, and Nikolai (all white) who is a little over 1. It was originally my boyfriends idea to get a husky, and I was pretty impartial to the idea as I've been used to huge dogs my whole life, but of course the day we got to go pick up Siku, I fell in love with the husky breed and now I don't know what I would ever do without them! My boys are absolutely crazy, but they are so funny and are non stop entertainment. My boyfriend and I are planning to move to Colorado within the next couple of months, and I saw some of the hiking posts from the Colorado members and it just makes me more excited to get there and do them with my dogs! I have been looking around the forum for awhile, always check product reviews, or if I have food problems, but finally decided to join. I have loaded a couple of pictures below for you all to see. | Thank you! Your huskies are beautiful too! Hopefully some day I will get a third and it will have to be a red, they are just gorgeous! |

| Thanks everyone! I definitely am looking forward to everyone's great advice in the future! Although I've learned a lot just by owning them and doing a lot of research, you NEVER know whats going to come up when owning a husky! Plus I don't know anyone around here who owns a husky so I know this forum will be great! |

I've been to Maine once (Kennebunkport) and it was the first time I ever tried lobster. I waited until I was up there to try it because my grandparents used to like visiting Maine and I felt like lobster anywhere else wouldn't match up. |

Yeah Kennebunkport is beautiful, I'm originally from Bar Harbor and it is just so beautiful there with the national park. It makes me bummed that I now live farther away and can't take the dogs there as much. I agree, that lobster here is the best! I don't think I never eat it anywhere else, becuase even if places say they are Maine lobsters they still just don't taste the same!  |
