I've had an account here for a couple of months, but now I'm going to be more active. Especially since I'm reaching a point with my puppy where I have a lot of questions and curiosities. So...here's her first Scrapbook post. I'm excited to be among other Siberian loving folk.

I'm pretty sure my friends and family - none of whom own a Husky, therefore don't understand my compulsion to photograph and document her every move - are getting sick of seeing so many pictures of my little girl and hearing so many anecdotes about her every time I'm around

So, a scrapbook thread to tell of her adventures here, among other husky lovers, seems like a fun idea.

Eris was born on February 09, 2013 and I brought her home in april.

These are some of her baby pictures:







She was probably 5-7 weeks old in these. She had crazy eyes then.

She's pretty content with being a pillow for him whenever he needs a pillow made of dog.



She was almost 3 months old here









The last 4 were taken in the last week or so.

She's very tolerant of my kid's antics.

Great pictures.. Your story of the two pups is heart warming.. am glad Slade has a loving home and that you made the choice that was best your family in getting Eris.. She is beautiful also you have a cute son.

Thank you! I heard recently that Slade is training to be a therapy dog along with another male that was in her litter. I think that's a perfect fit for him. His name isn't Slade anymore, though. The new family changed it to Chance. I know Eris has enriched our lives so much in just the brief time we've had her. We love her dearly.
