| Well, we officially adopted Carolina and brought her home yesterday. It took about two months simply because she was pregnant when she was brought into the rescue. The puppies are 6 weeks old as of yesterday. Any way here are a few pictures: This was her first night home and she found her bone that we bought her: We took her for walk around a small lake, and well, she decided she wanted to check out the water.

Thanks! You didn't miss it We believe she's about 2, but not quite sure. According to the rescue, her previous owners didn't really care, so were not 100% on her age. |

| Its great you wanted to adopt the mom, most times the pups will find homes and the moms get left behind |

| She looks so happy with you.. I am so glad you adopted her. We got our second husky Kerian he was about 2 years old or so the shelter believe she was. Now you will need to find a friend for Carolina You know you can't just have one. |

Oh these pups will be have no problems finding homes, they are adorable. Sadly, didn't take any pictures the time I saw them. When were first interested in Carolina, we or the rescue didn't know she was pregnant, so we had already met her and fell in love with her when they discovered she was. So as adorable as the puppies were, we just wanted momma. |

| So, it's been awhile since I've posted pictures. If the quality is bad, I apologize. My camera I've have for years broke, (right when we get Carolina, of course) so I've had to use my phone. Starting in September 2012: The "no shame" sleeping position: From day one, she claimed our bed to nap during the day: The first toy she actually showed any interest in. It had 10 squeakers in its body. However, she prefers edible toys..... |

She has come a long way from when she first came into MUSHR I agree, Paul. She's still sweet as ever, but has come out of her shell and isn't as shy anymore. |

Yep they all are. There's just something about the look in her eyes in that pic that really reminds me of the look I always get from Sophie. |

Thanks, Dot! Her costume was half homemade, I made her tutu, but not her hat. She actually won a costume contest at a gathering hosted by the rescue we got her from. Your Korra is beautiful as well. I love her eyes and mask. |

| I don't sew very well either. The only part of the tutu that was sewn was the velcro to the elastic. All you do is knot pieces of tulle to and elastic band. It's very simple. |
