So today I made pumkin pie cupcakes

Well Susie, as in Susie homemaker, lol, your kids are spoiled, haha. Great looking treats you've been making, are you freezing them? Or maybe you should get a stand going like Jimmy said.....

yeah ..I do spoil them..its the seasons I promise, i normally never bake this much!

I do throw them in the freezer for cooling and so the frosting hardens, I dont keep them in there though.
You can put them in the fridge if you plan to make a boat load of treats

Pumkin pie cupcakes-
Ingredients
· 3 cups Whole wheat flour
·1/2 Oatmeal
·1 can Pumkin mix (not pumkin for pies just regular/organic)
·1/2 tbs Cinnamon
·1Tbs Parsley
·Glaze with eggs
Top with candy melt frosting.

How to make-
Grease muffin tin & pre heat oven to 350°
Preheat oven to 350°F. On bake.
In bowl, stir together the flour, oats, Parsley and cinnamon also add in pumpkin but save a little. I made little indents into the muffins and then i added the rest of the pumpkin into the middle. I mixed up an egg in a small bowl and brushed them onto the muffins.
(you can add an agg to the mix so they rise a bit more)

This is what they looked like before they went into the oven



Now stick them in oven for 35 minutes

Once you take them out, let them cool for 5 minutes
In the mean time take your candy melts and microwave for about 1minute. You can use yogurt also as an topping.

Place muffins on cooling rake otherwise they will "sweat" in the tin. I placed treats in the center of the muffins of course thats optional. Top with frosting of choice, you can place them in the freezer for 5 minutes to cool them faster. Once cool enough, let pups enjoy

Thank you Jane!! Just throwing this out there, but there is a section here somewhere, on doggy treats, you may get more ideas, and you could always add yours. Miya is not much on treats, but omg on Sofie, that girls eats non stop, and pumpkin is her absolute favorite thing in the whole wide word, beside raw meat, lol. she loves sweet potatoes too, lol. so this will be a sofie thing, and then when Miya sees her eating them of course Miya will love them too. haha Thanks again!!

Oh i have a recipe I'll share it


Sweet potato crisps-

·Sliced sweet potato
·Coconut oil
·Cinnamon

2-3 sweet potatoes
two tablespoons of coconut oil
a sprinkle of cinnamon
preheat oven to 250 degrees
Cut the potatoes one fourth of an inch
place slices coat in coconut oil (heat to melt )
layout on foil cookie sheet sprinkle cinnamon on potatoes
place in oven for 2.5 to 4 hours depending on the thickness
They should be crunchy with little moisture. let pups enjoy!

gotta try those sweet potato crisp, my boys love sweet potatoes. specially Joey.

I tried them once they were a little hard, so maybe slicing them thinner would of helped post pics!

Great pics of Miya, Jane. I know all too well it is hard to do something like a pic by yourself. Just tried to get some Christmas pics of the girls, Miya cooperated wonderfully, strange, Sofie was a spaz......I have a couple of pics of my Miya airborn, but they are from a distance, it is pathetically hard to do, haha. Luckily we do have some time to get them in, can you get any help? Maybe a pic of Miya chasing Memphis?
